At The Langley Collection, we provide Town Houses and Apartments across Scotland for short and longer stays for touring or work.

Our expertise based on 10 years providing accommodation for businesses ensures we raise standards for ALL our guests.

All our properties have a Short Term Licence, which means they’re regularly checked with up‑to‑date fire risk assessments and gas safety certificates, fully insured, and ready for you and your guests to enjoy a safe, comfortable stay.  This is not always the case, as some advertised serviced accommodation offerings operate as standard rental properties to avoid the costs of licensing, compromising guest safety in the pursuit of cheaper stays.

Longer stays

We specialise in accommodating longer-term stays for business clients. For bookings exceeding 60 nights, we offer a discount of up to 25%, (and VAT invoices for properties registered for VAT), providing excellent value for extended projects and deployments.

My name is Katrina and I manage The Langley Collection which has been providing high-quality serviced accommodation since 2015 and is now proudly in its tenth year of operation. What began as a small venture has grown into a trusted, family-run business built on experience, care, and attention to detail. Our longevity reflects our commitment to reliability, comfort, and consistently high standards.
The business remains very much a family affair. Properties are owned and managed in partnership with close family members, and day-to-day operations are handled by a dedicated team who genuinely care about the guest experience. This close working relationship allows us to maintain quality, respond quickly, and deliver a personal service that larger operators often cannot match.
